Volume was at 12k today, thats around $18,000 poured in to this stock today. I would say thats a good sign.
As far as the dividend goes I think it was not effected by the Reverse Split. I think we all should have known a reverse split was coming because we will get 1 share of div. per 100,000 that we own. So lets say I own 5 million shares that means I will get 50 shares in the dividend, In other words at the current price of 2.09 thats $104. Lets say that there was no Reverse Split then I would have 50 shares at .0002 which would be worth nothing. You are right its not perfectly clear, and I would like some more transparency. Someone correct me if i'm wrong, but this is my understanding.
So the shares will only be convertible in to common shares after 6 months IF the company has an effective statement in Place, if they don't then we will have to wait 6 more months.
I personally just want this thing to keep moving by double digit percentages each day until we get some good news about a well.
