Did today close green? My etrade accounts saying .0014 but this is saying .0016?

How do you figure higher lows? INOH was $.0025 on July 1, the next week the lod was $.0017, and today it closed at $.0016 with the lod being $.0015.

Secondly, how are you determining a "low float"? The TA is gagged.

Higher lows but not by much inoh is in a holding pattern with dramatic lows. Any news will help but with low float I will not lose my shares
