I find what you are saying very confusing. If it were RCCH's it would not have a current pps. It would have value but not a pps per say. If it has a pps what is the symbol of its share. How this company fit into RCCH needs to be explained to you/us. Do you see the problem with what you are saying about current worth of .01/share? Get your contact to clear this up. Until it is it could be more smoke and mirrors. I just hope your contact is asking the right questions and isn't being mislead like usual when it comes to RCCH's claim to own something of value. It sounds like it may have value but do we own it. And if on hard times is it really in debt and of little real positive value.

The RCCH Scam doesn't trade, is NO BID and is DTCC chilled.

It has Zero Value to a public company trading at $0.01.
