Then why not accomplish at .005 as opposed to
0.0005?

The company may accomplish their goals, but will the company allow the shareholders to profit, of will they steal away the opportunity to make back their money by reverse-splitting away any chances of that?

This is not a company that takes care of their investors. There is an endlessly repeated history of that.
