HOW can a company be in business and not be visible to anyone?

Go back to the 29-Dec-2010 OTC filing. Reid told his stockholders exactly what the company was about at that time. He licensed all EAS patents (even his wonderful Gemini) to rpac. In return royalties are paid to KMAG, and passed through to Reid.

How would a Reid add to those royalties quickly? Without any manufacturing capability? Answer: Become a rpac distributorship. Find customers for rpac tags. Especially for those tags that kickback a royalty.

Why would that ever be visible? Product sold would be under the rpac brand name. Quite a contrast from the belief of the masses KMAG is producing KMAG product using "Factory A" - "Factory B", shipping bleeding edge product to a mysterious E Coast retailer, per the 2012 PRs. Yep, a Form 10 would have to define the business model. Too bad, Reid seems unable to file a Form 10. Or a 10Q for his other stock.
