any particular reason that this claim was not settled within the bankruptcy structure? it surely sounds like a lot of money if the claimant ended up with 5% of our new company.

LIAR Lee and company now have ANOTHER EXCUSE for not issuing shares. The old,"... so we are trying to buy the claim before the stock trades.". If this was the reason, why tell all those lies?(red tape, get a deal done first, ect) It's not as if the largest "shareholder"/insider wants to DUMP their holding as fast as they can. Oh, wait.
