Your alter ego "Arnold" is much better at this. Your baseless rants are amusing at best.

no more "entitlement" attitudes in the MORTGAGE BUSINESS

you must QUALIFY and PUT your OWN $$ into the PROPERTY !

goes well with RESTORING / RELEASING & UPLISTING !

No. When you apply for a fnma (FHA) loan, there is no box where you check what color you are. Its all a formula based on your debt to income, credit score, down payment, appraisal and other color neutral criteria. Its against the law to discriminate in housing. If fannie was using illegal criteria, they would be sued. This is more hocus pocus to support your doomsday hypothesis, that has no bases in fact.

Sorry, but neither Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac originate loans. They only buy loans from banks and package them for sale as MBS.

Lending should be colorblind and I am not arguing the point that fairness is not yet the consistent underpinning of mortgage financing, but the culpability reposes elsewhere, IMO, for the source of apparent discrimination against minority buyers.

Get off the board dude, keep your word its been above 2 bucks way too long, find another stock to bash you fool. I've been in the industry for over 15 years, you have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about. Middle and Upper classes also use F&F to obtain mortgages, there's a saying among the financially savvy. OPM Other Peoples Money, a house is dead equity and not easily converted into cash.
There were plenty of Rich and very well off that were buying, financing, and refinancing their homes during the boom. You are blaming a small portion of the population with the entire RE bubble meltdown. It will be comical the day they are released and all your BS will be shot down. You can't be serious, with all the BS you keep posting.
Sorry, you did not buy in the sub-dollar range, but its not going back so move on or join the longs, or flip it for a couple of pennies a day. Please, enough with your unsupported claims.
