The QB status really means absolutely nothing. There's been plenty of P&D QB's and some famous QBs have even been suspended by the SEC. There's 3 levels of Pink sheets and QB is one of them.

How do pink sheets and OTCQB work? Does MINE run a risk of losing its OTCQB listing and going back to pink if the PPS stays sub penny?

I'm pretty sure 30 days of sub penny gets you delisted. This is day 3 now.
