He is not allowed to tell anyone anything that has not already been made public, so calling does very little for confirmation. He does have a lot on his plate, but he can add 5 promo's which takes time, why cannot he just at least update the oil reporting at a minimum.
And if he has that much on his plate, then stop with giving deadlines on when he will furnish info. He is 100% innocent until proven guilty, nobody said he was guilty only charges are still pending. Now someone did say he was cleared completely, that was false, so we corrected that info with a recent Complaint filed in early July. Even though he is innocent until proven guilty, look at the filings, there is a space that he says principals have no pending suits ongoing. I am not sure if this suit qualifies or not, but I assume it does IMO.
And if the PDGO board says something bad, its because that is what we found out recent, or we are debating the facts with others. I for one will gladly post good info that comes out, if I can prove it with facts and links like I always do unless I say its my opinion. This board is for discussion of the play, it does not have to be always good, the bad can be discussed also. The company can save a lot of this bad, if they put out verifiable info.
