Do you know totally how many shares of PS-E were issued so far? Each share of PS-E can be converted to 100K common shares, right?

Hello Wallstreet1231, you are seems to be very knowledgable regarding the E series PS we all received from Automotive Resources in March 2013 - I understand now they can be converted to common shares for every PS we could get 100,000 common. I have some question and need your help to proceed with this convertion.
