I think the CEO may have more reason to be optimistic but Mr. Rooney is no expert on anything to do with the industry IMO. Especially compared to others.
And as far as his "investment" in the company. Dont kid yourself. There are always certain safety nets put in play.
I think many shareholders who are trapped have lost perspective and objectivity.
An SEC investigation seems to not even warrant any criticism here.
Yes I agree with all those things. They are all possibilities, making them happen is key. If Rooney does do it, and I wish him the best of luck he will be a hero and of course as rich as Buffett cause he has so many shares.
keep dreaming, bud. the only reason rooney is putting borrowed money back into this things is to keep private investors from filing law suits and further sec claims against him.
