What do you mean by goose egg? I was gonna buy the report, but I figured they'd just reflect the old GLGT. Could you give us a quick run-down of what's in it. Does the old shell have a lot of debt?

Anyway, the two Form D's from 2012 and are for Integrity Aviation Trust, and not Integrity Aviation LLC. It explains why they have no revenue, because it was Integrity Aviation LLC that had revenue. I have no idea why they made the trust, but it's probably related to merging the LLC into a publicly traded company.

That report that you speak of is STRICTLY focused on GLGT and its current stated shell status...Reuters can not speculate on pending mergers...it can show limited provided fillings the author decides to post...a report like that on a shell usually reflects the full 2013 year status and in this case was still an "intention of sale" rather than the confirmations and fillings we have received all through 2014...
