AE dosage for Abacavir as administered in antiretroviral cocktails is much higher than the anticipated therapeutic dose for Prurisol (ester of Abacavir) conversion to Abacavir against psoriasis.
Prurisol has been written off as dead and mia by most except Leo and Dr M, Dr Reddys, Celgene, BK and I, LOL. Does under the radar sound familar? I bought CTIX for P alone. I'm betting it's the second of three blockbusters with 4 Billion don't call me Dendreon written all over it................from mice to compounds for cures to men. I love the underdog.............
