In this case I can't agree, as penny CEOs in general are inresponsible ....excluded their own financial interests. Duffield is as good and as bad as all microcap CEOs. Speculation on PLPL is not a speculation on a responsible management but on irrational behaviour of a greedy penny stockmarket who are hoping for a ten-bagger-biotech-microcap.
