i think JR said what he can said .."HE FILED FORM 10 ""..and why sec can't released its information .. that's all our questions.. but if HE done all the requirements .. rest will be FROM SEC gave us ( SHAREHOLDERS) an explanation .. IN SOME KIND OF TIME LINE ....
