i am 99% sure, that the satellite imaging study was done by same company - ukrainians - and it was delivered in english
if you remember, that report was sent to george mesa (representing the jv partner), since the jv partner paid for the work to be done. once again, the jv partners are paying for the new on ground survey work, and it is reasonable to assume, the results will first be sent to george mesa again (i am sure in english).
furthermore, if you remember, the satellite study results first were publicized as a pr of a letter from mesa to gennaro pane (ceo of uspr). eventually, the results (the actual scientific documents) were sent to uspr, and these results were reported and "certified" in an 8k.
i would not be surprised if a similar scenario occurs. first, a letter from mesa, followed by the "certified" results in an 8k.
tuesday is 30 days .... the way the stock is trading, wouldn't be surprised if we see the survey results before 45 days (uspr expected results in 45-60 days)
