WRONG if your order cannot be processed by your specific broker (internalized) it will in fact be processed through NITE or ETRF in the centralized market of OTC LINK and has been for years now.
The ATS OTC LINK is the centralized market where broker dealers quote and complete transactions.
It is no different than an ECN, just a centralized marketplace.
