if you understand debentures
you'd realize how that is a good thing and what it does to SUPPORT the pps.

Debentures are entirely normal. that is how companys raise capital.

It's even an entirely good sign, because someone opted to take shares over a cash payment,
that means those backers also believe ERBB will succeed.
