That judge that tried the case was a small town state judge, Ironridge clearly broke the security exchange commissions procedures and committed fraud over the last week and that why we are in for a 1 for 50 reverse split... These are high crimes that are not tolerated at the federal level..... that other case was handled as a state level civil case...... we are now talking a cease and desist order of protection along with a complete business audit on Ironridge from the sec when this is looked over by the sec because of this 1 for 50 reverse split again!!.....
Newlead will prevail this time in a federal court on the federal level.... not at a state level anymore!!
