World knows why 4 RS and it's not entirely their fault. And you know who caused it. And they have and are taking steps to rectify their mistakes

How would that possibly prove that it's a "scam". Maybe you should look up scam in the dictionary. They did that to stay in compliance with Nasdaq, not to be fraudulent.
