Just from a technical standpoint, I do like the chart.

Specifically, I like the clear accumulation of recent months and that the MACD appears to now be starting to turn up going towards positive. Generally speaking accumulation is a leading indicator of a potential forthcoming increase in share value.

Absent the knowledge of recent news and developments that have the potential to create real value, the chart alone looks pretty compelling from an entry perspective.

While I wouldn't rely on just the chart as penny stocks are very volatile, it's nice to see how it looks in conjunction with recent fundamental developments. It will be interesting to see how the shares trade in upcoming weeks.
