my take on the naked short selling and the 2m shares left,is its the MM's buying them back because of pressures now being brought against them by lawsuits...I also believe they (MM'S)can not drop the stock below .003 to buy them back without facing more lawsuits..2mil shares is nothing at these pps levels..
And how coincedental they time it just before the 10k to buy back all their naked shorts..........once the 10k comes out they know the pps are going to fly,and they wont be able to cover cheep.
Its not the company buying back the shares ,other wise they would have to file a 8k before they purchace.......all in all this in my opinion,and it just reinforces my belief that the 10k is going to prove great news for the company..time is ticking..we all will know soon.
