Hello James. I am writing this to you as a concerned shareholder. Many of us have been told recently that a reverse split is in the near future for UTRM. Can you verify or deny the information we have heard? I believe that a reverse split would be unfair to the shareholders that have been here since day 1 and have seen their investment become a fraction of what it used to be. 3 billion shares and all C class shared were supposidly cancelled months ago yet the stock has been heavily diluted since then and we are coming close to 6 Billion A/S. We need some type of verification of what's going on with this company and stock. The former CEO said there would be no reverse split. But he also said the 3 billion shares were cancelled. A response to this email and an update to all shareholders would be the right thing to do.
