...yeah would be great to meet in person in Vegas for the FNMA toast. I live in LA so it's only 4 hour drive for me.

...I really hope that we win the lawsuits/properly reformed/out of conservatorship/relist. We are against the gov't so it won't be easier but at the same time I just can't see how the gov't can harm the GSEs more than they already have. We can only get better.
