Could you please post your source for this? According to this chart it's only touched .0001 3 times. Total volume at .0001 isn't close to 200 million.

Did they reinstate the company on 10/28/2013?

This link says they did. In addition, it says they're "active"

Share structure remains the same at 500 million A/S (~maxed)
