I don't have access to the court paper, but abharploonta said the hearing date is April 18. April 5 is telephone case management CC date, however, it didn't show up on Judge SBA's two-week schedule today. I can only see two-week schedule in advance. I think next Monday (April 3 or 4) we will see April 18 schedule. This case will boost INSM pps. Tercica has been trying to delay it.
