There is a historical pattern with NT10-Q.

I am not so much suggesting that there will be one this time around as much as just thinking no worries worse case scenario if so. It will all work out fine in time IMHO.

firecracker, To your point... Lutz told me on March 2nd that the 10K WOULD be filed early. He said in about 3 weeks or so. Well, it's been 4 weeks since March 2nd. I agree with you, I'm fed up also. They're making progress and I'm very relieved about that growth, but the WAY they represent things is really beginning to annoy me. It's like they don't use any forethought and they think investors are too stupid to filter through to some of the true issues.

I also noticed that rewording about giving the fully diluted details by the 1Q filing, instead of the 10K. I mentioned that on RB, but nobody had much to say about it.

I'm long, as you know... but let me ask an open question: When is the last time that NMKT met ANY of the dates they were handing out? They claim to have learned that lesson, but they're still doing it up to this very day (UniOne was missed by a wide time margin, 2005 10K not early despite spreading the word that it would be early).

Think before you speak, I say! It's making me "mad as hell", also. Do your homework THEN give a date. Try to account for the factors which so commonly cause delays before you put your damn foot in your mouth with shareholders. It does more harm than good. There, I'm done ranting now (ha). Lately, RB is very sensitive to objectivity, so I came over here today and was very impressed with the general objectivity on both positive and negative issues. By the way, I also agree about the dilution issue and RS nonsense. They enable it by saying they are going to AMEX, knowing fully well that there is a contradiction between their statements and AMEX's current requirements.
