No chance IMO, what would be the reason for an R/S.

PPS will rise naturally, if they RS it will be to tighten up the SS in order to uplist

Zero, IMO reverse split will happen several years from now as they prepare to uplist.

IMO of course, once fins are released, and IR is gone; APT will focus on the business, customers, revs, and profits.

When business is going well and steady [hopefully], then I believe they will tackle the share structure.

I don't want to presume how to tell a Company the "how to," but I'd like to see:

A retirement of a bunch of shares (1.5bil shares would be nice)
A share buyback in the 400mil to 500mil shares range.
And finally a reverse split from a 3/1 to 5/1 ratio

The PPS would then have larger players interested.
And let's not forget an "uplisting" along the way.

Again, just my thoughts [or dreams haha].

I asked Etrade this morning when talking with their corporate action department if there was anything about a r/s in the filings or brokerage notices?

There answer was nothing about a r/s anywhere.
