HI RB, All you have done is stated your friends assessment but not any factual or substantiated. Are people to base your friends opinion as the accurate measure? If it is accurate please name your friend so people here could do DD on that individual to draw a basis of the validity? That would be the courteous thing to do for those you want to protect.

There is no bank hold for Merchant and I can state that as a fact. You keep stating that there are other co.'s but you don't say which ones and which ones have actually established an account with the med clinics. Would you please be kind enough to establish a list for those here so we can view it?

The 2000 peak members. How would your friend know what the peak numbers would be or even what the targeted number goal is?

As far as 420 Concept and Concept 420 there would be no infringement. That is a fact.

As always if you disagree or state something all people want you to do is provide basis for your statements. It would help others and also increase your own reputation of stating accurate facts that have basis other than opinions. Like your friend. GDSM PR's have not once mentioned how many client have signed up for MJ MERCHANT, not once have mentioned how many major companies to set up advertising contracts on MJ XChange etc.. etc..

Please provide me with one (1) email where Mike says we even have 1 company signed up for MJ Merchant, please provide me with one (1) email stating the revenue amount MJ Xchange received since its inception in terms of advertising etc...

On another note, the Company states that the principal of its judgment holder, will not be merging his private business into GDSM or its Colorado subsidiary, MJ Acquisition Corp. The Company asks that all shareholders respect his privacy as we wish him continued success.

GDSM cannot acquire a dispensary at all, do some DD and you will know they cannot, also trying to buy realestate in a zoned area for the industry is gone, GDSM cannot afford and will not invest in realestate. It's easier to put up a few websites than actually start a business. The dispensary would have lifted GDSM into the pennies that's why I initially signed up

Also why MJ Merhcant will have ZERO Clients, there are hundreds of links to various companies, some are valid and some are not, you can include GDSM to companies that will not survive. AND YES Their are companies other than GDSM that offer Visa Mastercard Payment, just google and search folks.

900 Members plus+ ? I thought this was the next Instagram the next facebook. FYI Instagram had 1 Million Users in 2 months time. This not the next big MJ Social network. GDSM will not even hit 2000 members this year and this is my opinion.

As for financials Mike is pretty honest as he keeps blaming himself, its easier this way, investors do not want to see it anyways.
