Sorry to disagree with you Secco. But Naumu doesn't own shit. If you believe the PR's, Nation's Oil and Gas was acquired by ORFG. So ORFG owns Nation's Oil and Gas not Naumu. And then you have to ask yourself how did orfg pay for nation's oil & gas. They have made no money ever. So I guess they had to pay him in shares. But I'm sure this will all come out as soon as they release the findings of the audit.
That is what I call real DD not PR copy and paste. You say NOAG is a privately held subsidiary if ORFG acquired NOAG isn't now considered public. Many people have pumped here for a long time about what NOAG brings to the table for ORFG.
With the details of the conversation with Naumu showing the real intentions of NOAG what does this do for ORFG and what is the actual relationship of the two companies.
