#2 clearly states the reason why ticker is being held up.. according to the sec if you haven't filed the super 8k you are not fulfilling your reporting obligations. Imo that's why.. its funny how paul knopick sits there and says it's the government entities that are holding up the ticker change lmao what an incompetent fool. I can't even count his mishaps on two hands.

During the course of the review, if FINRA Operations believes that one of five explicitly
enumerated factors outlined in Rule 6490 may be triggered, it generally will conduct an
in-depth review of the Company-Related Action and may seek additional information
or documentation from the issuer or duly authorized representative as outlined above.
Where a Company-Related Action is deemed deficient, FINRA Operations may
determine that it is necessary for the protection of investors, the public interest and to
maintain fair and orderly markets, that documentation related to a Company-Related
Action will not be processed. Factors that may be considered by the FINRA Operations
in finding a request to process documentation related to a Company-Related Action
deficient are explicitly limited to the following:
1. FINRA staff reasonably believes the forms and all supporting documentation, in
whole or in part, may not be complete, accurate or with proper authority;
2. the issuer is not current in its reporting obligations, if applicable, to the SEC or
other regulatory authority;

I have to think that you are making a mountain out of a molehill. This is a new procedure for APT and FINRA is only getting stricter with their requirements. It isn't hard to understand that it will take some back and forth communication and that a delay working with a government agency is the normal - nothing unusual here.

It would seem as though this post was incorrect.

I have enjoyed all the banter, but, the true pps will soon show.

APT is a real company, with real products... and glad to see that I didn't have to waste my time calling FINRA or anythng. I just sat back and watched the name change.

They said they were merging, people didn't believe that. They did.

They said they would take on debt to increase manufacturing, they have done this per their recent pr's.

They said they would change their name... just did

Whats next, financials - yes they will be subpar - but this company is on the right track to succeed. APT longs will be rewarded. GO FROZ on this the last froz friday
