Raising to 3.5 Billion to to cover aprox.1.1 billion in conversions based off of the .01 PPS....conversion rate will now be more as the PPS will settle from here and trickle down due to the coming dilution...that's my take on it

I still believe this is a great company and feel even better now that our Real CEO is running the show....just know that PPS will take a hit temporarily during this growth phase....the only way both can happen is if revenues outpaces and dilution is not needed.

I'll be watching closely
