GRTCLI, I think I have done that several times on here. First I would fire Hinnant, Greg Williams and a slew of others. Rebranding and remarketing is paramount. As I stated on here before - market study groups have proven that glbts do not like to be associated with the work "Queer". It has a history of being derogatory. I personally hate it. They need to change the name to also disassociate from the old regime. QTN is now tainted. I would also release Priority from the payroll as well and bring the PR in-house. I would create programming that means something to the gay community. I would invest in a quality series program that encourages people to subscribe. Right now, I think that the talent is lackluster on the network. It is quite a bore. Some of the ideas are good, but mostly it is not that great.
I have many other programming ideas that I do not wish to share or divulge in a public forum. They are my ideas and I intend on selling them and producing them for another network that has real subscriber numbers.
Honestly, I do not think that this network is going to work... I could be wrong, but I just do not think the gay community is going to buy it.
