Ever since the APRU/RSHN acquistions, that has not been true. LVVV fell from .14 as APRU fell from .006

"APRU can go down 90% from here with a R/S, and LVVV can still prosper."

"AND AT THIS TIME WE HAVE NO PLANS TO EFFECT A REVERSE SPLIT OF THE STOCK."

"We realize that the share structure has
grown as a result of the transaction but feel that it presented far and away the best opportunity for
shareholder growth, in spite of the increase in outstanding shares,

and at this time we have no plan to effect a reverse split of the stock."

APRU is at .0004 right now.

It only takes 4 ticks of movement to double your money.

LVVV is at .0459 right now.

It would take 459 ticks of movement to double your money.

If you want to bet on LVVV that's ok, I think it is a good investment.

But some of us like the thought of big returns on small movement.

LVVV will become more attractive to me as the price of APRU moves up,

as I find APRU to be LVVV's most important asset at this time.

A significant upward movement in APRU will result in some fat books at LVVV .

LVVV is betting on APRU . I'm just trying to follow the money. :)
