Problem is the tribes are not much for 'outsiders'.
They like the system under their foot.

ATIG has this wonderful idea that tribes can't hire programmers and tech folks to create their own? ATIG should just sell the system to the tribes and then begin developing their own gaming/gambling system, get USA states rights use and partner internationally.
the question is . . . do they (ATIG) have the right stuff to accomplish that? Maybe too small, no $$s possible to be loaned, and WAY late to the party. They rode the pony into the ground?

The tribes do not want ATIG at this stage of the game . . . ATIG showed them how to make money for free and even they get it. ATIG online mobile concept is not like having to manufacturing your own slot machines and the native bricks-and-mortar folk in charge of Tribal Gaming . . . can hire it done (meaning no need for profit sharing with ATIG). The individual hard-site tribal BAM casinos are like their tribal land rights and way . . . they are not tuned into the electronic miracle. They dance the circle with the land . . . not the airwaves. Its physical.
