I suspect the recent news had a silver lining, that CBAK shed most of the debt and the losing operations, legacy batteries in one step. They seem to have kept the new profitable high power vehicle and power grid battery making operations. Time will tell. The OS is about 17 MM shares, so we could see a surprise rally on CBAK.
