Mcet has one pending for 8 years. I don't think the most recent one will be issued as it was revealed in 2006. Will be at least another year or two. Generally don't get denials, just no approval, good for speculation. Just my opinion, good luck. What about the non-performance for the stent? Somebody is supposed to come up with 4.6 million?
