The $85 million in contracts Telations allegedly had, were they legit? What about the SEC investigation that took place in '05? Did that really happen? Were you a part of it?

The Texas Secretary of State says the only revenues ever reported by Telatinos / Netco totaled just $5.00.

This is in direct conflict with the $54M in-hand, and $85M projected revenues for 2005.

Among all the other instances, to us investors that's the biggest fraud of all.

Also, can you comment on the legitimacy of the subsidiaries "acquired" by Telatinos both before and during your tenure?

How about the $5M deal with Cuba? The PR clearly states "the company received $5,000,000..."

Finally, we are all very much interested in IPxes. Last year, I spoke with Paul at great length about all the hardware that was being installed in Colombia and Brazil. He told me all about the great difficulties they were having. Then he said he fired the LA crew, and hired techs from Europe to correct the technical problems.

In Late March of '05, Paul personally told me everything was working well. Telatinos was providing VOIP/wireless broadband across Central and South America.

Is any of that true, to the best of your knowledge?
