I agree but it needs a news update and volume. Every day trader/penny stock player should be interested in this. With a couple thousand you can move this up to .025. The whole market is down and you have an easy play here. If the selling was dilution, it wasn't that significant. I'm in this for a great short term play or long term depending on news.
