I have already spoke to Mark's people about Sphere 3D. This was back in May. Mark was supposedly to busy to respond back himself. Actually here is the response.......

Due to overwhelming demand, Mr. Gomes unfortunately can not reply to direct emails. However, I know that he has done a deep research analysis of Sphere 3D with the assistance of a senior analyst and decided against making a call (long or short) because of its high level of risk. In fact, if he had an inclination it would be negative.
