To me it seems that the interviewer did not write the questions. It appeared to me that he just read off a teleprompter and given the instructions to ask the questions as and when they appeared on the screen.

Basically cut the guest off and throw out the next question

It was obvious that the questions asked required more than 10 seconds to respond however that is all that was given

Was being interviewed for CCI however I give credit to Bob as he did bring up Green Cures when the question came up to products

Good post, I'm about to go on Vacation for almost a month and will be looking in every once and a while as well.
