Every company has a lot of authorized shares. Go check any big company and they will have way more authorized shares than outstanding. The float is the key. If the float isn't increasing, then there isn't dumping going on. Naked shorting is what is taking it down.
They went from 400 million to 4 billion then to 10 billion with no notice of voting I actually called them on this they said to call the transfer agent still waiting for reply this is the only thing that puzzles me about this stock they are making money but are issuing new stock like crazy it may be for the acquisitions but it seems to be a lot of stock
