The hostile takeover by Kopp has hurt shareholders as bad if not worst than Manu's dilution. Manu's dilution had us in the low 20's the takeover slapped us down to the 11's, prompted a lawsuit, and an investigation that will in less than 24 hours have us sitting at trips!
