$ATTD For one there are not 20 billion shares on the market there are 20 billion shares that can be issued. There are 500 and something million shares on the market. VFIN HAS BEEN GONE all this week so it's time to slap the ask. We get a pr this will run some. IMO This goes no where without some ask slapping all we get is constant selling on the bid it seems.
