SEC doesn't really have much say. The amendments are approved by Wyoming in this case. As long as they file with Wyoming and file that it's occurring properly with the SEC, it will move forward.
Can you please STOP saying that! The SEC has nothing to do with "approving" companies restructuring their share structures!!! BRND has filed and disclosed the proper paper work whether you want to believe it or not! There have been many here, including yours truly, WARNING people that this was going to happen and once the company made the disclosure that it was simply a matter of time!
