The note regarding the reason for the Twitter session is telling. If the news was all good, then there would be very little reason to make sure the market reacts to it in the correct way.

Also, and more importantly, the most important share holders for any penny stock are the retail investors who buy in order to get the next big thing. If he was going to talk to the industry, he would just get on the phone, and do a pr.
