Im using the roughly 700 million outstanding and I am purely speculating. If it is a real buyout, the number would be much lower, probably .01-.015 range.
$300k revenue per quarter, 1.2 year, 10x rev, 12 million.

I dont believe they would sell for that though and I am suspect about the reality of the buyout, which is why I give the price .05. If it BS, you don't say buyout for .015 per share, they wouldnt make enough money.

Now if you say .05 which would be 35 million or 10x what they paid for the company, then that would be worth it and it is almost believable.
