One can go on eBay right now and buy everything and anything that PHOT offers online or in their brick and mortor stores for an average of 20-40% cheaper and generally of better quality....
Living in CO there are literally dozens of ma & pa shops that offer up much better quality and way cheaper plus the feature of having a real person to go to and ask questions....
PHOT has NOTHING to offer, nothing to GROW on that I am aware of...Please correct me if I am wrong.....
