If that is so that is 700M shares Common. That is not huge at .0001 that is only $70K .. Hope you settle with him at .0001 PPS so we can moved forward. Or settle half at that .0001 PPS the other 1/2 restricted so not to flood the Common. IMO
I tried to call Jason now at his cell phone 14025582200 but it's a answering service who answered. I am sure he check this board everyday.
