Well...it appears that Performance Pipe has been around a while. It could have happened about the time they were releasing all the PRs about NDR and their talks with leaders in the industry. But Nicole Singletary? Why couldn't they have chosen someone else...like one of the execs over at NDR.
Chevron is already working with NDR so that may be the connection.
